BIG News!

I have just accepted a teaching position for the 2006-2007 school year! I will be teaching choir at Stone Memorial High School in Cumberland County, Tennessee. I interviewed for the Band Director position for the school a few months ago, but did not get the position. The principal had noted that I had certification for both instrumental and vocal music education and kept me in mind for the choir position. It is not quite what I was looking for, but I will be getting my foot in the door. I had quite given up on a teaching position for 2006-2007. I was looking into beginning a secondary teaching certification so that I would be more marketable, but God had other plans.
