My very own house
In about a week and a half, I will be closing on a house (if the appraisal comes in high enough). I am both excited and terrified! House payments, property taxes, homeowners insurance, mowing the lawn....all things I have to look forward to.
I don't own nearly enough furniture for the house, so I'll have to pick stuff up as I go. I don't own a lawn mower, so yet another purchase. (I have a full acre of maintained property, so I probably ought to get a riding lawn mower...)

Well! Looks like you're moving up in the world! Congrats on your own piece of property. I have been wishing my life would let me stay in one place long enough to invest in a place of my own for a few years now! All that rent money is gone forever...
